Key points
- First check your connections: calendar connected, video and/or telephony tool linked, and an active recording license.
- In video calls: remember to admit the Modjo Recorder Bot into the meeting.
- The bot waits up to 10 minutes in the waiting room: if it has not joined, call it manually via the Modjo extension or directly from the Modjo home page.
- On the phone: make your call as usual with recording enabled, Modjo imports it automatically after the call.
- After the import, you receive a notification (Slack or email): click it to discover your call, its transcript and its summary.
- A missing call? Check the minimum import duration and import it manually if needed (wav, mp3, m4a, mp4 formats).
