Key points
- Connect your tools from Settings > Integrations: video conferencing, telephony (VoIP) and CRM.
- For the CRM integration, make sure the administrator in charge of your CRM is involved.
- Create your teams and invite your users from Settings > Teams and Settings > Users, choosing each person’s role and license.
- Only invite your users once the CRM, email and calendar integrations are done.
- Warn your users: they will need to connect their calendar and mailbox at first login to finish the setup.
