Key points
- Enable the integration from Settings > Integrations: search for Google Meet, click Connect then turn on recording via the bot.
- The Modjo Recorder joins meetings as a waiting-room participant, records audio and video, and imports the call into Modjo within 5 minutes of the end.
- Meetings are detected automatically in the calendar of users who have a recording license.
- Each user must connect their Google calendar from their Profile for detection to work.
- Special case: if your organization blocks external participants on Google Meet, allow the Recorder’s access from the Google admin console.
