Key points
- Knowledge: centralize your company documents and texts in Settings > Knowledge.
- Accepted formats: .txt (text) and .md (markdown).
- Add a sales methodology, a product catalog, or a playbook: the knowledge is immediately available to Ask Modjo and all Modjo agents.
- Custom vocabulary: reduce transcription inconsistencies by declaring the terms specific to your company (product names, acronyms, often mispronounced terms).
- Do not add common words as if they were misspellings: they would be replaced even in sentences where they are used correctly.
- Well-maintained vocabulary improves transcription accuracy, and therefore the quality of analyses, Topics and AI summaries.
