Key points
- When setting up Modjo, you must enable, for your organization, the ability to connect your users’ mailboxes.
- Each mailbox is then connected individually by each user: from their Modjo Profile, they click Connect my mailbox and authorize access.
- Once connected, email exchanges enrich the context used by Ask Modjo AI and the Deals views.
- Here too: warn your users and include the mailbox connection in your onboarding instructions, it is one of the key links with the calendar and the extension.
