Key points
- Enable the integration from Settings > Integrations: search for Microsoft Teams, click Connect then turn on recording via the bot.
- The Modjo Recorder joins your Teams meetings as a waiting-room participant and imports the recording into Modjo within 5 minutes of the end.
- Meetings are detected automatically in the Outlook calendar of users who have a recording license.
- Each user must connect their Outlook calendar from their Profile.
- Special case: allow anonymous access to meetings in the Teams settings if your organization blocks external participants.
