Key points
- A Modjo agent is a reusable prompt launched from Ask Modjo AI, with its own tools and a precise role.
- Set the analysis constraints: prospect, rep or both, with the anti-hallucination instruction “if the information is not present, write Not addressed, do not make anything up”.
- Provide your internal logic: either in the prompt, or by filling in the Knowledge tab (see More > Personalization: knowledge and vocabulary).
- Define the output format: section titles and bullet lists for consistent, readable notes.
- Make your agent public so your whole organization can use it.
