Key points
- Modjo integrates with your other telephony tools: JustCall, Talkdesk, Cloudtalk, 3CX, Five9, Salesloft, Outreach, Diabolocom, Vocalcom, Keyyo, OnOff, Zoom Phone, and more.
- The pattern is always the same: create an API key or enable the webhook on the telephony side, connect the tool in Settings > Integrations, then link the Modjo users to their telephony accounts.
- Once the integration is active, recorded calls are imported automatically (only calls with interaction are imported; the minimum import duration is adjustable and set to 2 minutes by default).
- Your tool is not in the list? Import is still possible through the Modjo API.
