Key points
- Prerequisite: administrator rights in Salesforce and in Modjo.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > CRM and connect Salesforce by following the guided steps.
- Modjo automatically imports the Salesforce contacts, accounts and opportunities linked to your calls.
- Call activities are synced: a link is added if the call already exists through your telephony tool, otherwise Modjo creates an enriched activity.
- Comments made on calls in Modjo are centralized in Salesforce activities.
- For AI CRM Filling, check the Field-Level Security of the fields to fill: a field that is not visible or not editable for the integration profile will be ignored.
