Key points
- Prerequisite: administrator rights in HubSpot and in Modjo.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > CRM, then grant access to HubSpot via OAuth.
- Modjo imports and displays the HubSpot contacts, accounts and deals linked to your calls.
- Each call is logged as an activity on the timeline of the contact, account or deal (if the call already exists through your telephony tool, only the Modjo link is added).
- HubSpot email activities are synced so you can see the timeline of your interactions in Modjo.
