- All your calls are summarized automatically through a prompt: the summary appears in the Info tab below the call replay.
- The summary is also saved automatically in the task activity of your CRM, for all CRM integrations.
- By default, Modjo applies its standard summary template.
- Customize the summary template in Templates > Summary based on the call tag, the team, and so on.
